• Fire’s Reply increased to 1400 potency from 1200 potency
• Wind’s Reply increased to 1200 potency from 1040 potency
• All of Blitzes (Elixir Field, Elixir Burst, Flint Strike, Rising Phoenix, Tornado Kick, Phantom Rush), Fire’s Reply and Wind’s Reply now only deal 40% reduced damage beyond the first target. Previously this was 50% for Phantom Rush, Fire’s Reply and Wind’s Reply, and 70% for all other Blitzes.

• Our ball count has been reduced from 1 2 3 to 1 1 2. Raptor and coeurl potencies have been adjusted to account for this.
• AoE GCD potencies were slightly increased.
• Non-level cap blitz potencies were increased.
• Dragon Kick now requires opo form to fill your balls.
